2′ lengths of cylindrical tubing for Solar Skylights. Tubing (or light pipe) extends the vertical height of your tubular solar skylight for a custom fit to your ceiling-attic.

Tubing comes in 24″ (2 foot) sections. Sections can be cut as needed or attached together for additional vertical height.

Light pipe reflectivity

Manufactured by Alanod, our light pipes (MIRO-SILVER) are one of the best performing in the industry. Most of the competition uses lower grade light pipe, thinner gauged or less reflective material.

Comparison between MIRO-SILVER® and Multi-layer Polymeric Film (MPF)
Alanod tested its MIRO-SILVER light pipe (used on all Natural Light tubular skylight models) against the more standard Multi-layer Polymeric Film (MPF). The tests were conducted with the suns angle at 13.8 and 40 degrees on a 10 foot long x 12″ diameter tube. MIRO-SILVER light pipes transmit much more light between zero and 45 degrees when usuable light is really needed!
